Data Recovery for personal files

Hi supporter

I got a case that one user's account has been deleted by notice, but actually it's a wrong notice.

After I recovered the user account, the folder is still there which I can grant access again, but the personal folder files has been deleted.

The user's account is [personal information--redacted]

Please contact me by [personal information--redacted] emailbox

    This would be something Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information. I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.
