I can't open a support ticket
How do I get support help? My files are not syncing with my client, and I need to get this fix ASAP. It is critical to my work.

Welcome to the Box Community!Here is a link for support request: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/newHere are a couple steps I'd like you to try first to help me isolate the issue:- First, please log in to Box.com and ensure that all of the folders you want to sync are marked for sync. Here is an article from our Community site that walks through this with screen-shots.
- Second, logout and log back in to your Box Sync tool.
