How do I remove a user's ability to sign into box but keep the data in his folder?  We had our admin leave the company.  When I look at the users I still see him as a user.  He is actually the owner of almost everything.

    Do you have access to the admin's email to request a password reset link for the admin's email and gain access to the account?
     
    If not, would it be possible for the IT team to restore the email and request for a password reset?
