got an email link and I cant use it
I have spent an hour trying to get this account set up and going through the forum as to why I cant figure out the collaboration link, I accepted the link as they sent it to my twice however I have no clue who they or the client is they want to collaborate on but it came to work email and hippo compliant I figured I should give it a try. I can not get the link open I have downloaded tools I went through support for over an hour and two different browsers trying to figure it out but I cant. I need a human to contact to fix this if it is a client situation and hopefully it wasn't a virus scam situation
