Cancelled my Account
I have to say that Box support is terrible. Some time ago I had to change my email address as I was hacked. That email was unfortunately associated with my Box account. I have tried on several times to change The primary email from that one to a different one without success. - I was told that my password was wrong (even though I had signed in with that very same password). I had verification emails sent to my new email several times and clicked on the link only to be repeatedly brought to an error page. I have also tried to change my password but to no avail. I contacted support about all of this and had basically zero help. The one person who did reply to me had clearly not even read my message correctly. (but in fairness at least they did reply) Anyway, the reason why I discovered all this was that I hadn't used Box in some time but needed a cloud service so I opened it up to see about subscriptions. Having quickly discovered the level of support that I would maybe receive down the line I decided Box was not the service for me and proceeded to cancel my account. Thankfully, Unbelievably rather the cancellation process did actually work.
