Free Space on my Account
I have deleted quite a few files to free up more space on my box account but the space is not being updated. I have also deleted the trash can. Please tell me how to update that space.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
I've ran a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.

I'm having the same issue. I delete and delete, but it is still nearly full. The trash shows files that we do not own. They are files our client owns in their account that they allow us to share. I can't delete them. Is this filling my storage?? I'm at a loss... please advise.
