Storage
Hi,
We have an account already, but we are unable to add in any additional files/modify files since yesterday. It says we have run out of storage, however when I check my account settings, it says I've only used 1.8 MB out of 10 GB. Could anyone kindly assist? Many many thanks in advance.

It looks like you are uploading files to a shared folder whose account has reached the upload limit. It's important to note that shared folders enforce the file size limit that applies to the Folder Owner's plan, whether or not any of the collaborators within the folder have a higher limit.
If you are unable to upload to a shared folder then please alert the folder owner to upgrade or delete unwanted files.
