One of my external collaborator with previewer uploader access is facing issue like permission error while uploading his revised file , he had already successfully uploaded once.
He had successfully uploaded once. But this time he's facing issue like permission error. What should I suggest him to resolve this issue?

Do you have a screenshot of the error message that you can share to us here so we can take a look? Also, is this happening on any browser he use to upload? Could you have the user try on other browsers and/ or clear his browser cache and see if that helps?
