Quota Issue
Can you reset my Storage. I deleted files but still show 10GB out of 10GB used . The last time this happened, support had to run a script to correct problem.

I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your accounts, so you guys should now be seeing the correct storage size available in your Box.
