Access to shared file
A company I am consulting with has invited me to have access to one of their company Box folders. When I clicked to accept the invitation, I was prompted to create my own Box login, which I did. But when I'm in my own Box account, I can't see the company's file. On their end, they aren't getting record that I've accepted the invite, even though I've clicked "accept" on the email invite a number of times. Please help!

Welcome to the Box Community!I'm sorry for the confusion. I looked up your Box account and don't see any shared file/folder. Please make sure that the invitation is going to the right email address and ask the collaborator to send you the invitation again.Best, -
