I have an issue with my account that has credentials but cannot even access any of the folders at HOME.

Tried to login on several different devices, turn out the same. Anyone has same issue and know how to resolve this?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    As per checking, it looks like you are accessing a shared folder. I would suggest to contact the owner of the folder to have them check if you still have access to the files.

    Hi there,

    After checking, my account still has the access to that folder and can be opened from laptop, but trouble on PCs.

    but sometimes it can't be opened on laptop as well.

    Do you have any suggestions?
