I have two personal box accounts. One is box lite and the other is a subscription. They have two different emails associated with them. How do I merge the lite account with the subscription account?

    I'm sorry for the confusion. Let me help.
     
    We cannot merge 2 Box accounts. Emails tied to any Box accounts cannot be associated to another Box account. They should be released to be added to another account.
