Does it count towards my storage or theirs?
If I have unlimited storage, what counts against my storage? Does shared managed user's uploads count towards my storage usage or their storage? What else counts towards my storage usage? Thank you.

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!
Only Files and folders that you 'own' will count against your Box storage. If you are the "owner" of the folder where a user uploads, then yes, this file upload will count towards your storage usage.
To determine if you own a folder/ file, locate the content in your account, click that file/ folder, you will see a list of collaborators in the right-hand sidebar.
