    Hi Audrey,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

Could you try packaging your files to your local Desktop first, and then re-upload to Box via Box Drive or upload on the Box WebApp (Box.com) and see if that helps?

Let me know how it goes and should you have questions!

    Regards,

Yes, I have my design file on my computer and am exporting to my computer (not box). All of my links are active and there are no errors indicated within InDesign. There are quite a few links, 205 total.

I am having the same problem since updating my OS. I am now running Mac OS Monterey and every time I try to package an InDesign file (InDD doc on my local drive, packaging to my downloads folder, links all available and saved on Box) I get the same error.

I'm also running Mac OS Monterey version 12.4

I've opened a ticket with Box support, but not heard back. I've also experimented myself and noticed if the InDD file and folder containing all the links (unusual in real practice, but good for testing) is all on my local drive in Downloads, it packages fine. However, if both the folders containing the InDD doc and the links are "Made Available Offline" via the Box Drive function, the package still fails. This leads me to believe it is indeed a Box error and not an InDesign one.

After a recent Box update my concern has been resolved. Thanks, Box!
