Mac Box Client and Keynote

My users are getting frustrated with Box.  Opening Keynote files takes ages!  It's definitely not our internet connection as it is a common occurence even when they are not in the office, that kills having to have a successful collaboration amongst users.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
