Accidental Deleted folder not in Bin

Hello, I have accidentally deleted a shared folder and it's not in my bin or in any of my colleagues's either. Could someone please let me know how to find it?

    Hello AJ,

    My boss (owner of our box folder) has been looking for the trash folder but can't find it. Do you please know where to look into? 

    I would really appreciate your help as I'm about finish on this production and I will need to make sure this folder is reinstated.
