Cancel My Box Account

I am on Box.com and cannot figure out how to cancel my Box account.  I have had it for one year and no longer need it. I will speculate that the account is on some type of auto-renew.  I want to cancel the account.

    Upon checking, it seems you already have an open ticket for this request with our Cancellations department, please continue working with them and check your email for updates.
