account storage limit reached

Getting that account storage limit reached message again and cant figure out how to open a support ticket.  Any help?

  The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: 

  • Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect

  I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box. You should now be able to upload more into your account.
