Box Status

disappear files

Dear Mr./Ms.

Suddenly, lots of files are disappeared.

I don't know why, but the files are stay in trash can now.

So I tried to recover the files, but  "BOX" said, "You don't have authorities"

even, some folders are "delete at 01-01-1970" 

Plz help me.

    Welcome to the Box Community! I'm happy to help.

    Is the content still in your "trash". Please do check on how big your space is to recover the files and this mat be causing you recovering the files.

    You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

    Please note that deleted files, by default, stay in your Trash for 30 days.
