Hi recently we removed by accident a folder called "systems" created by a user with email (deleted) Could you please help us to recover it?

  It looks like the owner of the folder was deactivated by the admin of his Box instance. I suggest that you contact the owner of this folder.

  We have contacted him and also logged into his account but the folder is not there any more. Would you guys happen to have a backup by chance?
