Word doc is now blank
I am working on a Word document on my phone, editing it and then re-uploading it onto Box every so often. When I went back to Box, the file is still there, but it is now just blank page and is 0 KB! What happened and how can I get my work back?

It sounds like the file may have been corrupted during the upload. If you still have a copy of the file on your phone or any or your devices, I would suggest re-uploading the file into Box, please make sure that you have a stable and strong network connection when uploading the file to Box.

We've had the same problem on our computers when editing files in Box. We can't risk working on a doc and losing the work. Don't you recommend editing in Box?
We've also had the same problem trying to upload to Box. We upload a file and when trying to open it, we only see a blank page. Any recommendations?
