Box Status

I don't see an "open online" option when opening the file

Hello, 

I tried to open an excel document from the box website but there isn't any "open online" option. I tried deleting all the cookies and switching to different browsers but none of the methods worked. I did download the box tools on my macbook. Is there anything else I could do?

    I also downloaded the box for office on my pc with a windows system, but it doesn't have the option to open the file online either.
