    Has the affected user checked her spam/ junk mail folder?

    If they already have and still haven't received the confirmation email from Box, please check this article for further troubleshooting tips and make sure that your firewall is not blocking emails from Box: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043696174-Troubleshooting-Issues-with-Email-Notifications
