3. Why doesn't my email receive any confirmation email from box.com?

Doesn't make sense. I'm getting other emails from Box. com, such as their email I just received, informing me I've earned a badge for posting here on their forums! SMH.

I've contacted Box support and they've removed me from their "suppression list". Still not receiving any confirmaiton email. We don't have anything blocking emails (firewall/spam filter/blacklists...
