    Hi,   I was told that my storage has been re-set and now shows the correct storage but this is not correct. My storage still shows that it is nearly full (47 GB) but it should be only around 25 GB....

    Hi,   Thanks for this, but still shows 47.8 GB, I am sure it should be around 25GB, Can you check again please?   Thanks-Shirin

    Hi, I only have around 25GB of data in my Box account, but Box says I have used 50GB of the space and it is full. I can't save anymore data in my box. I checked the trash and it was empty. What is ...

    Hi, I have a same problem and my storage shows full, however I know that it should be about half of it. Can you please help?   Thanks-Shirin
