3. Text disappears when opening PDFs

I have a similar issue with a W9 form; I can see the text in the Box preview but when I download and open in Acrobat the text I entered has disappeared. This is recent as I sent my W9 without issue...

3. Content of PDF disappears when opening after transfer into BOX

I have a similar issue with a W9 form; I can see the text in the Box preview but when I download and open in Acrobat the text I entered has disappeared. This is recent as I sent my W9 without issue...
