Thank you for your comment and help. I really appreciate it. i re-synced my 31gb of files to my laptop and everything appears to be synced and working properly.

Box Sync not syncing to laptop box sync folder
I have 31gb of files stored on box.com. On 11/26/2020, I experienced problems with syncing 10 new files that I added to laptop box sync folder. These 10 newly added files would not sync to box.com...
