RéponduI have been facing storage issues regularly. Even when the drive is empty along with trash, it does not reflect in the available storage. There is no way to fix or reset the drive on the user's end...

RéponduI recently signed up with box to use its free cloud storage services and I got a limit of 10 GBs. My drive has no files currently and my storage still indicates beyond full. It says I have used 10....
