    Hello Insights is reporting that my 10MB used up, mainly by file type "other". I have used a fraction of my allocation. Could you investigate and reset the usage Many Thanks Hill Rise

    Box is reporing 10GB has been used .However I have used much less than this Can you check please

    Hi there Im getting a message that Ive run out of space. The admin console shows 10GB but Ive only used 800MB Can you help Many Thanks

    Hello I am getting the error "the account to which this folder belongs has run out of space" However  by my calculation Ive used less than 1GB Howcan I fix this?
