    My files are gone. I have tried repeatedly to contact Support with no success. These are tax files and work files that were created in the last two years. All are gone.

    After syncing Box with my desktop I am now missing dozens of files and not old ones - ones that I have recently used in the past couple of weeks.   They are not in my trash.
