I ended up uninstalling the latest version and installing an older version, and that fixed the problem. I'm curious if these steps from AJ work. Can someone confirm, please?

Kristina, Can you please send me the link to the older version of Box Drive?

I think I may have a solution to the issue, but I need to test it out first.
