3. is it possible to link a cell in one Excel file to another Excel file so that the linked cells automatically update on change in the first Excel file stored on Box

Say I have 2 files. file=X  and   file=Y with Multiple tabs a,b,c in it. I want Cell=2,3 in file=X to reference  cell 10,20 in tab=b file=Y How can this be done.
