    Hi, My storage says is full but the size of files does not reach 10 GB but displays 49.9 GB of 50 GB and trash is empty  Can you inspect what is wrong? Thanks

    Hi, The size of the backed up files does not reach 10 GB but displays 49.9 GB occupied out of 50 GB. Trash is empty and almost 24 hours have passed since the small files were uploaded. Is this norm...
