I have the same problem. I tried the above solution but it did not work for me. My orgs IT support was not able to help either. Any other ideas?

I think the best solution is to move to Dropbox. Obviously Box does not care or acknowledge that the problem with Box Drive and MacOS goes beyond issues with the M1 chip. I have a MacBookPro15,2, Q...
