    All files show in trash and say they will be permanently deleted on July 6th at 4:51pm (30 days) but when I try to restore I get an error message saying there was a problem restoring the selected item

    I deleted folders/files on my synced desktop and they have also gone from box, these folders/files are shared with lots of users and I need to recover them all, please contact me urgently.
