I've been asking for this fix on my account for like 3 years. Good luck on anyone in the Box support team actually fixing this issue across the board, let alone your individual account.

I still need the script run. I'm definitely not using 37 of my 50 gigs. I'm probably using around 10 gigs right now.

3. I need you to run a script for my account to fix the data inaccuracy issues around my storage size, folder size, and file counts.

I need to have the script run in my account as well. The File size count is way off, and has been for quite a while. Thank you for your help. Aaron
