I tried Chromium which is indeed a bit faster. Interesting is that Dropbox and Google Drive do not exhibit these performance issues on Firefox. I think the fastest solution would be to mount a Box ...

Are there plans to support Linux systems. There is a client for MacOS so I think it wouldn't be too difficult to get the same on Linux.

Well, accessing box folders with lots of files using a browser is incredibly slow and contents of directories are not really cached. So this is not a viable solution.
