    Thank you France!  With my laptop, the box.com worked with my account.  I saw exact left panel as yours.  So I could recover my folder.  However, with my two mobile devices, box.com still no trash ...

    Today one of my folder just got deleted before my eyes; I was not deleting that folder.  I then logged in on box.com from lop-top.  The website is frozen on "https://app.box.com/onboarding/setupflo...
