Where can I put in a ticket? It just wants me to keep using this but I took all files off my box and put on my computer to organize and it shows I=ver 6g of data for no files

Same thing happened to me! I cleared it out and even with no files I'm almost to 7g

It worked well...then quit :(.   Now it says I have 17gb which we know isn't true
