    I would like to buy more storage but I am not confident that Box can reliably calculate my storage use.I looked under Profile - Account - Account Settings - Account Details - Storage use.It says 64...

    Wrong space calculation

    There is some problem with the calculation. I have just one folder with 4.2 GB of files. The apps says I have 7.2 GB of files and my space is almost full. PS: No files in the trash

    Please reset my storage usage as it shows incorrect usage and I cannot upload what I need to.

    Sorry, but my usage is still not correct. It is the same as before. I deleted one file and it was immediately reflected in usage but it still shows several GB too much usage.
