3. Storage Problem my Storage 10 gb but showing 18.3 GB Used but i cannot use this box drive.

I'm about to do the same because I have the same problem and it's not been solved for a week!!!!

I have the same problem. I have only one folder of 1MB and can't sinc my files because BOX says I have a storage of 11,1GB.

I have 1Mb of files and BOX doesn't upload files because it says I have 11,2Gb of 10Gb ocuppied??? Can somebody help me?
