I followed your opinion, but it didn't work out in the end. The same phenomenon is repeated. I couldn't install the box drive.

I didn't install Box Sync. However, Box drive cannot be installed.

It was installed according to the circumstances described in the document, but it is not installed. It suddenly returns to 0% after installation of about 70%. This isn't just my problem.
