Fantastic suggestion, they are indeed on 0.5.11 of Huntress. Just started looking but do you happen to have a rollback solution for 0.5.7?

Updating here that we went through another uninstall of Box and I deleted ProgramData folder and Registry entries as suggested here. Same problem persists.

No suggestions here but it's interesting we just had a user with the same "invalid device" error when deleting a file. On Windows for our user.

3. Box app download on Macbook pro not working/opening!!

We deploy Box updates to 20+ Macs and have only 1 user (so far) who has this issue. MacOS 10.15.7 here.
