    We are noticing slowness in Box even with simple copy/move tasks in Box. Someone else mentioned with Excel it is slow which we are also experiencing.

    Hello, I have a user who no longer has the same phone number. Two-Factor is tied to the old phone. In my Admin panel, I cannot disable two-Factor or log into the account as this person. How do I re...
