It sounds like the issue may be with how the Box account Worksmart Michaels is provisioned through the Xero integration rather than with your login credentials.

I’m being redirected from Xero to Box for document storage, but my Xero login credentials aren’t recognized on the dgme Box login page and Box says the account can’t be found.
