    I have the same issue, I can't get to support but I need help cleaning my space for the 2nd time, I wish they would fix this.

    Looks like my account reached full capacity,But when I delete items (and delete from trash) it still shows like I didn't delete anything, and I still don't have storage.Please help!Thanks.
