    I managed to fix this by accessing box through Microsoft Edge’s browser. I couldn’t accept the terms using chrome or Firefox. Hope that works. - it was a lucky guess for me after customer service ...

    I am having the same problem. Zooming out is not helping and I am going to lose access to my files if I can't accept the terms of service. Has anyone figured out how to do that?
