  • Can't access folder, wheel spinning

    When we try to access a folder we get a spinning wheel and it doesn't work.  If we go back one and then try again, it then works.  This keeps happening in all solders and subfolders.  help please!

    I have a user who is experiencing a bizarre issue. They have an excel file that they can open when it is not in a folder, but when it is put in a folder that has a couple of word documents and PDFs...
