Does box.com do any backups? Most of my data is gone. I’ve been using this account for several years and it appears that anything I saved prior to March 1 is gone.

No, it wasn't uploaded to a different account or service. Yes, there are files, but most of the ones that were there are no longer there.

I did not move or delete files. They had been there for years. Now suddenly gone.
