I "fixed" this with a scheduled task running at user login which kills the boxsync process.Not very pretty but it does the job.

Is there any way to prevent the launch of boxsynch for certain users? We install box on all our computers, but not everyone who logs on has a company box account. I don't want them to be bothered ...
